#HighFiveIt To Save Kids' Lives - Outside The Box

#HighFiveIt To Save Kids’ Lives

#HighFiveIt To Save Kids’ Lives

There are a lot of things we take for granted. Things like clean water, nutritious food and the ability to access health care when we need it. These are necessities of life that we and our children are very, very fortunate to have. Not everyone is  so lucky. There are millions of children around the world that do not have even the most basic of things to keep them healthy and thriving. When you start reading the stats it’s actually pretty overwhelming. But there is hope. And that’s where you come in. Now it might seems like a daunting task you ask YOU to help a sick or starving child half way across the world but with partners like UNICEF you really can make a difference.

If a picture is worth a thousand words I wonder how many words a video is worth? Instead of typing out a bunch of statistics and facts for you I thought a video might have a little more impact. My goal here is to let you know about the #HighFiveIt  movement with Unicef. So watch the viedo and we can talk some more after.

So you see, you can make a difference. And it’s easy to do. The best part is every dollar you (and every other Canadian) donates will be matched by the Government of Canada to double the impact of your generosity and help more of those vulnerable kids in need.

Get up and get high fiving. Share, challenge your friends and follow #HighFiveIt over on twitter to see the awesome things others are doing to help too. When you are ready to donate it’s quick and easy – just visit
