Easy Instant Pot Pork Ribs Recipe

Three ingredients and less than 45 minutes from start to finish for these tender, juicy pork ribs.
Ingredients
  • Side or back pork ribs - as many as you want that will fit properly in your Instant Pot
  • A bottle of your favorite bbq sauce (a mesquite or hickory flavour works well in this dish)
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice (orange or grapefruit juice would work as well)
Instructions
  1. Cut your ribs into pieces that will fit easily into the pot of the Instant Pot. I cooked mine from frozen but you can also used already thawed ribs.
  2. Place the rack into the Instant Pot.
  3. Pour in the pineapple juice.
  4. Baste your ribs generously with the bbq sauce and stack in the Instant Pot.
  5. Close the lid and make the pressure valve is set to "sealing"
  6. Choose either the meat or manual mode and set the time to 30 minutes.
  7. Once the timer has gone turn the steam release handle to quick release.
  8. While the steam is releasing preheat your grill to medium high (grilling is optional but worth the extra few minutes)
  9. When the steam is released open the lid and use tongs to remove the ribs.
  10. Brush with a little more bbq sauce and place the ribs on the grill for a couple of minutes, until you have nice grill marks.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
