Smore Fudge Recipe
Recipe type: Dessert
Enjoy the yummy taste of campfire smores all year long with this delicious fudge.
  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup of butter or margarine melted
  • ⅓ cup of white sugar
  • 1½ cups of graham crackers broken into bite size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips ( I used 1c milk chocolate and 2 c of semi sweet)
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspsoon of vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 cups of mini marshmallows
  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. Line a 9x9 pan (mine was actually 7x11) with foil.
  3. Mix the graham crumbs, melted butter and sugar together in a small bowl.
  4. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes.
  6. Set aside to cool while you make the fudge.
  7. Place the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  8. Once the butter has melted add the chocolate chips.
  9. Heat, stirring often, until the chocolate has melted and is smooth.
  10. Add the salt, vanilla and condensed milk.
  11. Continue heating, stirring constantly, until smooth again.
  12. Remove from heat.
  13. Stir in the graham cracker pieces.
  14. Stir in two cups of the marshmallows.
  15. Scoop into the prepared pan.
  16. Place the remaining marshmallows evenly on top of the fudge, gently pressing it just a little but into the top of the fudge.
  17. If you have a kitchen torch carefully toast the marshmallows.
  18. Place in the fridge to set.
