So all summer long I have been bringing you reviews of some really cool tools. And today I’m really excited to tell you that one lucky reader is going to win a prize pack containing ALL of the toys that have been featured! To catch you up, here are some highlights from the reviews:
Project Mc² dolls
Molly always likes most of the things that you imagine little girls her age like. Pretty dresses, playing with make up and, of course, dolls. And every once in a while we find something that combines her inherent “girliness” and her love for science and learning in general. Today’s discovery was an absolute hit – Project Mc² dolls. Are you familiar with Project Mc²? If you have kid and Netflix you just might be. This is a really cool Netflix series that stars four high school girls that have a passion for science and are recruited by a super secret spy agency to basically save the world.

There are a lot of really positive things kid can get from collecting. It can teach them valuable lessons in patience as they build their collection, organizations skills, social skills and relationship building (since there is often a trading aspect to collecting) and it can also be a great way to teach youngsters the value of money as they save up to add that special piece to their collection. My almost six year old has a couple of collections she’s working on and she really loves it. And because her collections involve small toys there is also a lot of play involved which is a great bonus! Her newest collection definitely brings me back to my days of collecting scratch ‘n sniff stickers.

Mini Lalaloopsy Style ‘N’ Swap Dolls
You know what I love? Toys that are interchangeable. When you know you can easily add on to a set you already have without worrying out “will these pieces fit?” And that is the first place that the Lalaloopsy Mini Style ‘N’ Swap dolls score big with me. Every piece from every set works together. No sorting through trying to figure out which outfit fits which doll. They all fit!

Little Tikes 5-in-1 Deluxe Ride & Relax Recliner Trike
I think this is definitely something we will get a lot of use out of and I think we’ll try taking the foot rest off so that my two year old can practice with the pedals. My older two have been slow to learning how to bike so I’m hoping that maybe this will help the younger two catch on sooner so we can go for family bike rides some day!
