I love finger foods. And a lot of kids, like mine, love finger foods. My kid also happens to love broccoli. She most definitely got the broccoli loving gene from her father. I am not a fan. However, we have found a compromise – Broccolini. Broccolini is a little sweeter and a while lot less bitter (in my opinion) than broccoli. If you aren’t familiar with broccolini it is a hybrid of broccoli and Chinese kale. I have a huge dislike for both broccoli and kale so I have no idea how a hybrid of the two is something I actually don’t mind at all. I chose to use it in this dish not only because I like it but also because it’s long delicate shape was far more suitable in a wrap than bulky ordinary broccoli. These stir fry wraps are incredibly easy and quick to make and I really love the texture of the slightly softer stir fried veggies with the crisp raw veggies. And the flavourful, yet not overpowering, Blue Dragon Broccoli Beef Stir Fry Sauce pulls everything together perfectly.

Get a large bowl of warm, but not hot, water. Soak a spring roll wrapper for about 20 seconds. Set on the counter for another 20 seconds until soft and pliable.
Spoon about 1/4 of the stir fry from the pan onto one side of the wrapper. Add a few strips of cucumber and carrot and a few sprouts. Roll into a wrap.
