It’s that time of year again – burger time! Ok, I know, burgers are great any time of year but there is just something extra special about a juicy burger done on the grill. And one of the wonderful things about burgers is they are so versatile. When it comes to dressing your burger, you really are only limited by your imagination. So, the question is What’s Your Burger Personality?
Me, I’d have to say I’m right smack in the middle of being an Old School and a Gourmet kind of burger girl. I like to keep it relatively simple but little touches like switching up the cheddar for some creamy Havarti and some tender baby greens for the iceberg, maybe throwing in some sweet roasted red peppers are a great way to enjoy the classic burger that I like while satisfying my desire for something just slightly out of the ordinary.
